Help! I've fallen and I can't get up

These are the extracted names from one packet submitted for the recall of Estes Park Mayor Todd Jirsa

There are spaces provided in this packet for 30 names, although only 16 names were included in this particular packet. 

It would be wonderful if people provided their names as they provided them on their Colorado Voter Registration form, but they often don't, and that is something the town clerk and the petition signers will have to coordinate when discrepancies arise.

There are a few first names that are difficult to decipher, so these are often "best guesses".  Here is the list of these 16 names organized a different way, alphabetically by last name, with ages provided when a simple Google search returns information from a genealogic group that downloaded all registered Colorado voters as of January 2019.  Those that match perfectly are no problem, and can be added to the count (they may still be fraudulent as far as the signature provided not matching with the signature of the actual person, but I'm not too concerned about whether those pass muster, because there are so many significant problems (as far as problems that I'm having, not problems that would invalidate these petition signers) with other names on the list.)

Now lets put the names I have been able to confirm exactly as they were provided as registered voters living within the town limits of Estes Park in bold, names that are close but not perfect in underline, and put down birth years or party affiliation for those I can find additional information for on the Colorado registered voter lists provided by outside sources.  I haven't even gone to the official voter registration list provided by Larimer County, I'm just searching against what is available free of charge on the internet.

Five of the 16 names on this list would pass muster without much chance of being challenged, another eleven might require the petition collectors to return to these individuals and ask for the name to be provided exactly as it appears on the Larimer County voter registration list (I'm not sure how exact the match must be for the town clerk to allow it to count).  Thus far, I have found close or exact database matches for all 16 names, but don't know if two of these individuals live within town limits.  I need a street map or database of physical addresses within Estes Park town limits and physical addresses outside of town limits.

I'm requesting help in identifying folks I'm unfamiliar with, because if this is the kind of challenge I'm facing from one packet (and there are over 20 packets), I can't image what challenges the town clerk faces with 40+ packets for the mayor and mayor pro-tem with the potential to include over 1000 unrelated signatures (although admittedly, most people who signed one petition likely signed the other).  Can anyone provide more information about these two individuals?  Thanks in advance.
