Those 51 names in blue bold are the "gold star signers", in that, while I would have preferred they NOT sign the petition, at least when they signed it, they signed it so that it matched perfectly with their legal name as recorded on the Larimer County voter registration rolls. I have no idea if all of these 51 individuals live within the town limits and are still registered as of the latest voter registration rolls. All I know is, even the strictest clerk would not make the petition circulators return to these 51 people for a redo if they check out in all other aspects.
Those 42 name in red are problems. Some of them are real problems, as with the individual who signed her name twice on two different packets. But some of them are just problems for me, in that they may represent real individuals, but their registrations don't match with the street address provided. In some cases the match is on a different street, still within Estes Park, in other cases the match is in a different county, not within Estes Park (obviously). Some of them are just nicknames versus legal names. The clerk may allow them, or may reject them but allow the recall group to have a second go within a specified time to make them better.

There are 279 names plus the 3 problem names not assigned numbers at the very top of the list. This is 282 names total, which is half (282 x 2 = 564) of the submitted total of 565 names, at least the submitted total as provided by the petition circulators.
Those 51 names in blue bold are the "gold star signers", in that, while I would have preferred they NOT sign the petition, at least when they signed it, they signed it so that it matched perfectly with their legal name as recorded on the Larimer County voter registration rolls. I have no idea if all of these 51 individuals live within the town limits and are still registered as of the latest voter registration rolls. All I know is, even the strictest clerk would not make the petition circulators return to these 51 people for a redo if they check out in all other aspects.
Those 42 name in red are problems. Some of them are real problems, as with the individual who signed her name twice on two different packets. But some of them are just problems for me, in that they may represent real individuals, but their registrations don't match with the street address provided. In some cases the match is on a different street, still within Estes Park, in other cases the match is in a different county, not within Estes Park (obviously). Some of them are just nicknames versus legal names. The clerk may allow them, or may reject them but allow the recall group to have a second go within a specified time to make them better.
Those remaining names are not perfect matches, but are likely not disqualifying. A very strict clerk may or may not require the recall group to have these individuals redo their forms, it depends on whether a middle initial is considered a "legal name" when the middle name on the voter registration roll is not an initial but rather is spelled out in full, for example.
