Public Enemy Number #1

How can we effectively outlaw these in Estes Park?
The threat of the terror that is the gravity coaster unleashed in Estes Park has caused a massive public outcry.  Art Messal, who skinned his shirtless self as a 4-year-old on a runaway Step2 death trap set up on the gravel drive outside his parents' double-wide, is violently opposed to rekindling any memories of his troubled past.  Trustee Ron Norris, who vowed never to get on one of these monstrosities again after herniating a disk bouncing over a 4% grade in his Soapbox Derby car, has introduced legislation crafted by town administrator Lancaster to shoot any wheeled vehicle caught going downhill on site.  And Charlize Bangs, who has children herself but can't risk any of them becoming stunt drivers like the reckless individual pictured above (headed for trouble not only because her feet are up in the air but also because of who she appears to be associating with) is fervently working behind the scenes to make daycare affordable for all, including helpmates Brenda Schreiner and Mary Margaret Ingalls, proud double signers of the recall petition.
