When last we checked

Costco in Timnath, the place that serves the 700 calorie robot-made pizza slices, received a marginal rating.  Luckily, the latest round of restaurant inspections have provided it with a friend.
I can just imagine the conversation between husband and wife:
"Hey, honey, where do you want to celebrate our anniversary?  We could head up to Timnath and get an all-beef Costco hotdog plus soda for $1.50, or maybe travel a little farther up I-25 to Wellington, and make a night of it, waking up to a fabulous (and "fair" rated) Days Inn spread."
"Nah, why go to all that trouble, when we can stay right here in Estes Park and tempt fate with Sweet Basilico?"
