Hold on. CDIV (the accountant) can't count! (!!)

Now that CDIV's countdown clock is coming up on 24 hours before the world ends or the lady jumps out of the cake or CDIV is appointed to and resigns from another board, I started paying a bit more attention, just to see how much time we have left.  Here's what I discovered:

CDIV can't even program his own countdown clock correctly! (!!)

Here is a screen grab from a few minutes ago, around 4:36 p.m. MDT.  His minutes aren't aligned with the atomic clock, but, more importantly, if you rely on this, give yourself a comfortable cushion, and head down to town hall to vote when there are still nearly two hours remaining according to his clock, in real life the doors will already be closed and you won't be able to do diddly, except see the preliminary results.
Except this was grabbed just after 4:30 p.m., when you should only have 2 hours and 27 plus minutes left

Oh, that tricky, tricky CDIV.  Giving the community a gift of a Trojan horse with which to monitor the election's end (!!!)

If you are having trouble believing this, I'm happy to repost the clock later today at 7:00 p.m. MDT, when there should be exactly 24 hours left before you can no longer vote.  I promise (unless he is somehow able to fix it in an already blasted email), CDIV's clock will tell you, don't worry, you still have nearly 26 hours left.

CDIV is good friends with the Bobbseys.  They may be telling folks who aren't planning to vote for them: "Wait for the last two hours of the election to drop off your ballots, because that is when every vote is DOUBLED.  What's that?  How do you know how much time you have left before voting?  Just check CDIV's handy countdown clock!! (!!!!)"

And you thought you could be my latex salesman...
UPDATE at 7:10 p.m. MDT:  It's worse than I thought.  CDIV is sending "correct" countdown clocks to some people, and "incorrect" countdown clocks to others.  For example, here is one with a red title (red alert title?) that seems fairly accurate (right now) as far as warning people they have less than 24 hours left to vote (technically, they can't vote for 12 of those hours, because the town hall will be closed) or defuse the bomb CDIV placed in the uninstalled toilet near the front entrance at Tiny Town.
Yet examine the clock (referred to provisionally as the black-fonted bastard) sent to Ward Nelson, screen-grabbed only seconds later.  It seemingly hasn't moved since earlier in the day (and when you refresh the screen, it deviously resets to an EARLIER time), giving Ward a false sense of security that he has plenty of time left to vote.  This clock seems to say, "Ward, take your time, you could go in tomorrow at 11:00 p.m. and still have your vote count."  Yet this is a bald-faced lie, perpetrated by CDIV and CDIV's devil clock.  That clock, and potentially many others, are far from accurate, and seem to work semi-correctly only when they are being monitored - Who knows, some people may have been emailed clocks that suggest they have many more weeks left to get their ballot in, or pay their taxes, or make it to the church in time for their wedding.  Maybe they're already dead and don't know it.  Horrors!!  (!!)
Oh, the clockface humanity.  (!!)  What is CDIV up to this time, and what websites or "leave a comment" sections of websites will be taken down because of his wrath at being caught as one of the perpetrators behind this bald-faced, or at least bald-headed, bit of election hijinx?

Okay so I'll say it
