No, the hospitals are overwhelmed

To provide propaganda about the state of hospitals in northern Italy is to do a disservice to health care workers everywhere.  They are not "approaching the limits of their ability to care..." Rather, they broke through that checkpoint about ten days ago.  Do you understand when a hospital says it is at "200% capacity"?  If your pants are at "200% capacity", someone else besides you is in your pants.  That's not a workable situation.
