You can all breathe a sigh of relief

Those of you still breathing.  We didn't record 2000 deaths from COVID-19 in the U.S. today.  Only reached 1969.  What a year that was - Woodstock, landing on the moon, things Americans could accomplish when the crackpots among them weren't cheerfully handed bullhorns to claim amplified music was the sign of the devil, worse than the Holocaust, etc., and the moon was obviously made of cheese, and landing on it would decrease the size of everyone's testicles, etc.

This bit of good news means we can now postpone the million death hallows commemoration until the day after Easter 2022, meaning April 18.
