I have no idea who will actually be in charge of the Stanley from February 2024 forward after yet another breathless, provocative, and completely unintelligible announcement from John Cullen. Regardless of the size and scope of the project, Master Cullen is always talking about running out of breath and having to physically move mountains and somehow surviving a 4-vessel coronary for every undertaking he undertakes (while barely avoiding the undertaker) - I wonder if just preparing to eat a healthy breakfast causes him similar exertion and oh so much drama?
